Training for 50+ (Babyboomers, Elders and
In-Home Seniors)
- Private 1:1 or semi private (1
hour or 1/2 hour session choices)
- Trainer will go to the health care provider
with client for free in order to coordinate appropriate fitness
sessions
- Fitness plans designed after an
assessment of strength, balance and cardio endurance
- Tailored to the clients needs
and interests
- Fitness activity choices
include using stability balls, your own body strength, bands, dynamic
stretching, the barre and many other types of activities you enjoy
- Nutritional feedback and motivational reminder calls included if
the client chooses
- Trainer will go to your home,
work, gym or Global Motion Fitness facility
Post Rehab Fitness
- Private 1:1 or semi private (1
hour or 1/2 hour session choices)
- Trainer will go to the physical therapist
with client for free in order to coordinate appropriate fitness
sessions
- Focus on strength, balance,
mobility, coordination, strength, postural alignment and range
of motion
- Work on sustaining and increasing function through exercise
- Can work on developmental sequencing for activities of daily
living
- Trainer will go to your home,
work, gym or Global Motion Fitness facility
Exercise with Baby 1:1 or Small Group Fitness
- Private 1:1 or semi private
small group classes (1
hour or 1/2 hour session choices)
- Can exercise with baby (4 months - 9 months)
- Focus on strength, core and
total body movement
- Strengthen pelvic floor
- Trainer will go to your home,
work, gym or Global Motion Fitness facility
- Following the guidelines set by the American College of
Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), I can provide you with the
motivation and guidance you need to achieve the results you desire.
Global Motion Classes
- 60 minute class that offers a
blend of low-moderate impact movement, body strength, and dance
activities to music from around the world
- Music from the Balkans, India,
Caribbean, Turkey, Europe, Israel and Brazil
- The class starts with a 15
minute warm up, then 30 minutes of a choreographed low to moderate
intensity aerobic endurance and finishes up with a 15 minute cool down
(which includes stretching)
- There are always two levels of
intensity to choose from in order to stay within a safe heart rate and
exertion level. Level I is for clients who need low intensity
workouts and Level II is for clients who want a more moderate intensity
workout. This ensures that the client is at an appropriate
intensity level, heart rate level and safe workout level for their
specific needs
Toddlers in Motion Classes
- 30 minute class that offers a
blend of movements and
activities to music from around the world
- For ages 9 months to 4 years old
- Parent, family member and other
child welcome
- Use dance, motor skills, and
other fun activities

- Offer presentations at conferences in the areas of: Fall
Prevention 101, Fitness Over 50, Toddlers in Motion
- Offer lecture, participant participation, handouts and of course,
MOVEMENT!
